Micronic 4-Way 1-metre extension lead is a fully functional, genuine UK-approved 4 Gang power strip extension lead, integrated with a professional-grade GSM audio monitor and sound recorder. Designed for long-term security and surveillance, the unit is powered directly by the 240V mains supply, ensuring it remains operational indefinitely once installed.

Micronic Microphones Wireless GSM Audio Monitor and Recorder range offers a professional-grade surveillance solution integrated into everyday electrical items. These devices allow for unlimited global listening via mobile phone networks and available in two distinct tiers (Standard / Premium) to meet varying security requirements. By being built directly into AC-powered fixtures like wall sockets and extension leads, they provide an indefinite power supply for continuous, long-term monitoring without the need for recharging battery. All models feature sound activated 'Callback' that calls you when sound is heard (credit required on sim).

Available as Standard or Premium model, While the Standard model offers live listening and sound activated call-back ensuring you are alerted the moment audio is detected. The Premium model is significantly enhanced with advanced microphone, high gain antenna, built-in battery back up and voice activated 32GB sound recorder.

Each unit is pre-configured for "plug and play" experience, fully tested and fitted with O2 SIM card. This ensures the device is ready to use immediately upon installation.

Standard versus Premium

The Standard version provides reliable audio performance up to 10-15 feet (3-5 metres radius) and operates exclusively on AC mains power. For those seeking maximum sensitivity, the Premium version is highly recommended; providing crystal-clear audio over 25 feet (5-7 metres radius) and features an integrated 32GB sound activated recorder and rechargeable battery. This internal battery ensures the device continues to monitor and record for 2–3 days if unplugged or power is cut off.

Sound Activation Call Back

Sound activated call back calls you when sound is detected automatically calling number stored to alert you. Switched on/off by sending SMS text (333-on / 000-off) to device.  

Advanced Recording and Smart Activation

Never miss a moment with the built-in 32GB sound recorder in premium model. While the Standard model offers global listening and callback, the Premium model features intelligent sound activation recorder, automatically recording when sound is detected storing over 200 days of audio files. Reviewing recordings is simple: just connect USB cable between device and PC or laptop, where it appears as a standard external drive for easy playback. Recordings can't be downloaded remotely and requires physical access. Switched on/off by sending SMS text (444-on / 000-off).

Omnidirectional and High Gain Antenna

Omnidirectional antenna has 3db gain suitable where mobile phone signal is medium to strong showing 2-3 bars on phone signal strength. High gain omnidirectional antenna has 7db gain suitable where mobile phone signal is weak showing 1 or no bars on phone signal strength.

Condenser and Knowles Sisonic MEM microphone

Standard electret condenser capsule low cost effective microphone with 35dB sensitivity picking up speech at 3-5 metres radius. Premium Knowles Sisonic MEM capsule advanced voice tailored low noise microphone with 52db sensitivity picking up speech at 7 metres radius.

Battery Back Up

Standard and premium models both have built in battery to operate when not connected to AC mains. A battery is required for device to function and back up if power is lost. Standard model has 150mA rechargeable battery lasting 1 day on standby or 1 hour in use. Premium model has 600mA battery lasting 2-3 days on standby and 3 hours in use.
