Unlike standard microphones that succumb to moisture, the Microphone capsule utilises a patented silicon pad to protect the internal sensitive element. This innovative barrier allows sound waves to pass through with minimal reduction while effectively sealing out water, moisture and humidity.

To ensure total longevity, the internal pre-amp PCB and cable connections are sealed using silicon sealant and protective dual wall adhesive lined sleeving, providing an airtight, ruggedised finish.
