DESCRIPTION

Binaural Microphones are the gold standard for creating immersive, 3D audio recordings that replicate the human hearing experience. By using two matched microphones placed at ear-width apart, these sets capture the precise spatial orientation of performers, room reverberation, and ambient atmosphere. Micronic offers these 2 discreet styles—Lavaliere and Earphone—specifically designed for high-fidelity audio recording.

Utilising world renown Knowles Acoustics capsules that are super sensitive and ultra clear especially for speech recording. Inside each earpiece of a modified Acer headset is a Knowles Sisonic MEM capsule wired to a TRS stereo Jack plug. This provides audio to left/right channel input on a digital stereo recorder. These can also be used to record on smartphone using adapter to convert TRS 3.5mm Jack to TRRS 3.5mm Jack, lightening or type-c input. Please note smartphones do not have stereo recording so both microphones will record to single channel when adapted.
