When Micronic tested the recorder over a weekend from Friday to Monday and battery lasted 40 hours. It recorded non stop from Friday to Monday left in my wallet and forgotten about. It is simple to use with instructions that are not great. It has one switch to start/stop recording or to playback files through earphones. Each recording made has time/date/length and file number with easy playback via PC USB connection. The record length of each file is continuous and will be saved as a single audio file when stopped. If it shuts down automatically or battery is low any recordings will beamed before shutting down. Works with Windows PC operating systems and MacBook iOS system using USB connection. 2.0 USB charge via PC or phone charger (not included), also used to transfer and playback. The sound quality is excellent and will work in any situation you care to use it.
