Q: Do i need to buy extra battery? A. No it already has all 6pcs 18650 type battery fitted, total capacity 15600mAh battery
Q: If the home is powered off, can the camera still operate normally? A: Yes, because your surveillance camera uses battery to work, and 4G camera does not need wifi network
Q: What App does this camera use? A: Camhi app, you can download the APP via scaning QR code in the user manual.
Q: What's difference of 4G camera and WIFI camera? A: 4G camera only support 4g sim card connection, can not support WIFI connection. WIFI camera only support 2.4Gz WIFI connection
Q: Why blue light is not on when checking 4G connection? A: Sim card must have data and be compatible with camera. All Micronic 4G cameras are supplied with compatible o2 sim card ready to top up and use in UK. All Micronic 4G cameras are UK and EU compliant.
Q: What should i do when i get the solar camera? A: open power on compartment and connect USB lead supplied with camera to charge the battery camera for about 10 hours using a USB phone charger (not included).
Q: How many days would battery standby? A: Normally 365 days, because this cctv camera have built-in 15600mAh battery and the solar panel will provide non-stop power. This is based on reasonable usage of around 60 minutes per day using app to live view and 50-100 record activations. The battery will reduce if live view is used excessively for many hours a day and/or camera is activated too many times per day.
